Gregg was born in Southern California, and then raised both in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah and Central Valley of California. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and Certificate in Criminology, from the University of Utah. After spending time working in Child Protective Services, Juvenile Probation, and Hospital Care Management, Gregg decided it was time to return to school to earn a Master of Social Work to pursue his dream of helping others in the best way possible. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno and obtained his Master of Social Work in 2020.

Gregg has a strong desire to assist people in bettering themselves and does not shy away from ensuring his clients are done right by his services. Gregg has experience in treating, depression, anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, and mood disorders.

When Gregg is not working, he enjoys playing sports, cheering on his favorite teams (Denver Broncos, Utah Jazz), and enjoys spending time with his spouse, children, and their Maltipoo.
