Allpure Behavioral Health does not accept health insurance. Third party payers (insurance companies) complicate the therapeutic alliance in a patient relationship where clarity and privacy is paramount. We also do not accept and cannot see patients who are covered through Medicaid. This is due to limitations and restrictions on Medicaid patients paying for services covered under Medicaid. Insurance companies shouldn’t dictate your healthcare needs and we don’t let them. If applicable, patients may submit bills to their own insurance company for potential reimbursement at out of network rates.

Allpure Behavioral Health requires a comprehensive drug screen prior to prescribing Suboxone at the initial visit and each month thereafter. This is necessary not only out of concern for drug-drug interactions, but also to ensure compliance of treatment. The cost of drug screens are factored into the cost of monthly service.
