Do you take insurance?

Allpure Behavioral Health does not accept health insurance. Third party payers (insurance companies) complicate the therapeutic alliance in a patient relationship where clarity and privacy is paramount. We also do not accept and cannot see patients who are covered through Medicaid. This is due to limitations and restrictions on Medicaid patients paying for services covered under Medicaid. Insurance companies shouldn’t dictate your healthcare needs and we don’t let them. If applicable, patients may submit bills to their own insurance company for potential reimbursement at out of network rates.

What type of payments do you take?

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please be sure to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged in full.

What are your addiction services?

We are advocates for not only psychiatric illness, but also for those suffering from substance use issues and addiction. Dr. Poulos is an X-waivered prescriber for Suboxone and we understand the complex intricacies of addiction treatment.

Allpure Behavioral Health requires a comprehensive drug screen prior to prescribing Suboxone at the initial visit and each month thereafter. This is necessary not only out of concern for drug-drug interactions, but also to ensure compliance of treatment. The cost of drug screens are factored into the cost of monthly service. You will not be billed extra.
