Insurance Coverage: We currently do not accept any insurance companies since our prices are lower than most deducibles.
Direct Pay: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.
Payment Plans: Understand the cost of your care upfront with no hidden fees. Flexible payment plans are available to help manage the financial aspects of your care.
Online Payments: Conveniently pay for your sessions through our secure online portal, available 24/7.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PayPal

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account including PayPal credit and cryptocurrencies. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Venmo

Venmo gives you a simple, no-contact way to pay. Allpure Behavioral Health has a unique Venmo QR code so you just scan, pay, and go.

AFTERPAY via Square

Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks.

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates.

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Allpure Behavioral Health is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Payment Verification

Appointments may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our patients, we want to ensure that every payment was authorized by the cardholder. If your appointment is cancelled, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Currency

Allpure Behavioral Health will try process your payment and charge your card in USD. There are however some limitations and special cases in which your financial institution will charge a conversion fee if your card is from a different country.
