About the Role

Allpure Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Therapists to join our expanding remote team. If you are a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for providing high-quality mental health care, we encourage you to apply. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide teletherapy services to clients across Florida from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via a secure telehealth platform.
• Provide evidence-based mental health counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and track progress over time.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Offer guidance and support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Location:  Remote
Licensure Requirements:

  • Valid license to provide clinical therapy issued by a Florida state board (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials)
  • Individual NPI number
  • 3+ years of experience in therapy for adults, couples, and/or teens
  • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection and a webcam
  • Currently residing in the U.S.
Schedule Options:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm EST (make your own hours)

Target Pay Range: $200,000+

Percentage based to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. 

What you’ll Do:

  • Set your own schedule and work as little or as much as you prefer.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to support client progress.
  • Foster engagement and build strong rapport with clients using motivational interviewing and other client-centered techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate additional services and ensure holistic treatment.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, case discussions, and continuous practice improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and adhere to all relevant ethical and professional guidelines.
  • Utilize our user-friendly, web-based EMR system to document sessions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work remotely from anywhere within Florida while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
What you’ll Need:

  • A valid Florida license to practice as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (Must be in good standing).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster engagement and client progress.

  • Experience using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed therapy.

  • Ability to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and adapt interventions as necessary.

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance clinical judgment and client-centered care.

  • Experience with Motivational Interviewing (preferred).

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
